can't find -legal in cc list?

The above license by itself if  no problem, but I think by saying that
it is  under the  GNU GPL, on  http://kevinsiji.goldeye.info/gnugpl/ ,
(in  malayalam, btw).  they  seem to  contradict  the above  copyright
notice.

GPL does contradict ``no rights reserved'' statement.
