The package should already be adding the extension=ming.so line to all
of the php.ini files. You do need to restart apache by hand however as
the packages doesn't do that for you.
I see the extension=ming.so in my php5.ini, but it doesn't show up in a
phpinfo() as well.
The -10 packages are now in unstable that fixes a general problem with
loading the ming.so module. Do you see ming in phpinfo() with this
version?
