Ah, I didn't realize this was a current package from eclipse, I figured based on the version numbers that it was a package rename. If both of these packages are live, that makes this a serious bug after all -- though only applicable to unstable in this case. I don't see any conflicts between the -java packages, only the -jni packages. I guess the -jni packages do need to conflict with each other then, if they have file conflicts.
