"pdftotext -enc Latin2  some.pdf" does not convert some ij or IJ sequences
(sometimes generated from LaTeX as unicode characters 0x0133 and 0x0132).
I patched /usr/share/xpdf/latin2/Latin2.unicodeMap

and this problem is solved.  I think other encodings should be patched, too.
