Hi,

since the freeze began yesterday, it is far too late. to think of
packaging it for etch. I'd like to point you to the number of reverse
dependencies of graphviz (apt-cache rdepends graphviz), which implies
that a newer version has to be tested intensively.

Unfortunately, even packaging the current version and fixing bugs by
backporting the fixes may be not accepted by the release managers.

I was already working on 2.10 version, which also contains SONAME bumps,
which means some non-trivial changes from a packaging point of view.

A newer version will however be uploaded to experimental as soon as
possible.

Thanks for your notice.

Cheers,
