So, to fix it:

1: Drop the dependencies on netbase and update-inetd

2: Depend on openbsd-inetd | inet-superserver

3: Wrap the calls to update-inetd with if [ -x /usr/sbin/update-inetd ]

Is that correct?

The version in testing predates this bug and just has a dependency on
netbase, is that OK for etch?
