Package: fuse-source
Version: 2.2.1-1
Severity: normal

When building fuse-source normally (using make-kpkg modules_image) it
always fails, since rules/debian does not contain a rule for
kdist_image.

To reproduce:
uninstall module-assistant
unpack /usr/src/fuse.tar.bz2 into /usr/src
go to your Linux source directory
execute make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot modules_image

Error message:
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `kdist_image'. Stop.

It would also be helpful if there were build instructions for this
package in /usr/share/doc, like most other module source packages.
