Had to manually select my network card (LANCE) and SCSI chipset (ESP). System configured network via DHCP with no errors, and I was able to continue the install process. After selecting the SCSI chipset manually, the drive was detected. The partitioning didn't work right, as parted only thought the drive was 4.1GB. It appears to detect the drive geometry incorrectly. I let it install to the 4.1GB section it had partition, and it finished the install without any other errors. At reboot, the SILO bootloader came up, and began to boot the system. The system hung looking for the root filesystem, and dropped to an initramfs prompt for troubleshooting. The ESP module was not installed in the initramfs, so there's no way to mount the hard drive at this point. --------------------------------- Everyone is raving about the all-new Yahoo! Mail beta.
