The dependency on texlive should be fixed, too, I think - post-etch
it'll become RC, anyway, if we don't change our plans.
On the other hand, we should consider whether this package is actually
needed. It does have a couple of users according to popcon, but at
least seems none of them uses sid, etch or the teTeX backports,
otherwise this wouldn't have gone undetected.
