Hi Folkert, the opening book is missing because I can't let debian redistribute any binary opening book.
Point 1: I have got no source! Point 2: Moves/Games in the opening book might be copyrighted! Debian is strict at these issues, and I didn't have discussed that with debian legal or with anyone from the other chess engine packagers. I will do that in the near future. (maybe [EMAIL PROTECTED] he does crafty) Everything would be ok If I could do the bookfile automagically with hoichess, I will check that. I will get in contact with holger, the author, and discuss the issue. You can also specify the book on the commandline --book "filename" will set location of opening book. So I will downgrade the severity of this bug. Thanks for the bugreport, it keeps me improving the package. Oliver Am Freitag, 1.
