Package: fontconfig
Version: 2.4.2-1
Severity: normal

The fc-cache man page refers to the user manual

        /usr/share/doc/fontconfig/fontconfig-user.html

but that file doesn't seem to be in the fontconfig package (or
anywhere else according to packages.debian.org). Is it meant to exist
still? I think it was present in the past. (If not then amending the
man page would be good.)
