Package: debian-archive-keyring
Version: 2006.11.22
Severity: important

Installation -- on only one system, on another system installation just
was fine -- fails with the following messages in the post-installation
script:

Setting up debian-archive-keyring (2006.11.22) ...
gpg: Invalid option "--ignore-time-conflict"
gpg: [don't know]: invalid packet (ctb=03) near 401
gpg: read_keyblock: read error: invalid packet
gpg: enum_keyblocks(read) failed: invalid keyring
gpg: WARNING: nothing exported
dpkg: error processing debian-archive-keyring (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 debian-archive-keyring
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

This also means I cannot upgrade apt...

Do I have some gpg configs that might get in my way? I've already tried
purging and reinstalling gnupg without success.
