Okay, got it. There is a rule that won't allow more than one blank within the first three letters in order to reduce the search time for computer play. However, a bug made it that if a blank was used in the first three letters, then no other blanks were allowed anywhere.

I've fixed this and removed the "in the first three letters" restriction for the player.

It's going to take a few days to get this changed on the Debian servers since I also need to rename the package to avoid trademark infringement. The new package is "scribble".

Oh, and remind me... Never play scrabble against you! (Your words are too good.)
