Ah, luckily this one is easy :-) You once installed the version from experimental and as this is a higher version than the current one in unstable you did not get the right update. Please try apt-get install mysql-common=5.0.27-2 or 5.0.30-1 and check that no other 5.1.11beta-1 package is left on your system if you want to use the normal 5.0 packages.
