Dariush: Do you mean that the bug is still present in 0.4.13-2? Here [1] is a list of the files present in the current x86 binary package in Sid. I took care of moving the default "Welcome to nginx!" webpage into a nginx-default/ directory, just as Apache and Cherokee does. If the bugs is still present in 0.4.13-2, please reopen it.
