I am also running nVidia drivers (version 1.0.9629) and what's currently
the latest
testing release.
I get

I'd assume that the window manager warnings are probably not related. I
haven't been
able to get compiz running at all. I am using the --replace option.
XFCE version is 4.3.99.1.
If I can provide any other information, or try something, please let me
know.
