Mh? I didn't notice that there was any request for more information. The last time I used Amarok 1.4.x (with libxine engine) on my 64 bit machine this problem still persisted; I'll try it again this weekend as soon as I have a chance to do so. From my point of view, this problem has not yet been fixed.
