Hi Romain. On behalf of the Debian Cyrus team, I would like to apologize to you for letting this bug sit for a month. This bug was submitted during an upgrade of Alioth, the collaborative maintenance system that hosts our mailing list, and never made it to any of our inboxes.
Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, all of the members of the Cyrus team use postfix and not exim. As such, we aren't exactly sure what you're asking to be changed.
