Hi Rugart, Before I forward this bug to the K3b developer, I need to make sure that it actually comes from K3b as opposed to wodim/cdrecord for example.
For of all, what kind of burner do you have? (IDE, SATA, SCSI, USB) and what version of wodim are you using ? (dpkg -s wodim) Then I would suggest 2 different tests to narrow the problem down if you have time: 1- Try compiling the K3b beta from source: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/k3b/k3b-1.0beta1.tar.bz2?download 2- Try removing "cdrecord" and "wodim" and installing "cdrskin" which is another cdrecord replacement (K3b will pick it up by default if wodim is missing) Thanks for taking the time to report this problem.
