phpmyadmin alreadt depends on php4-mysql. The problem may be that apt
selected the wrong combination of packages, e.g.: php4 + php5-mysql.
There's not currently a way to effectively specify a combination of
dependencies, so the admin has to watch out whether installed
combinations make sense.
