Good evening,
I'm having a problem with a webpage I'm regularly looking at.
After taking a look to it, I realized that the problem was with
showing elements whose position if fixed, CSS-wise. Apparently,
such elements are "duplicated" when scrolling down a page.
A simple example follows. I used another account I had (after
removing all ~/.mozilla ~/.firefox I found) and the problem
persists, so it isn't extensions or configuration related).
Here is a simple page to show the problem:

If you now try to scroll down your page (mouse-wheel, scrollbar,
arrows, anything actually) you will have a pretty ugly output:
the div appears multiple times...
If any more information is required, don't hesitate to ask...
Thanks in advance for considering this.
Btw, I think the first time this problem appeared, I was still on
firefox 1.5, but a couple of days after the package was upgraded
to version 2.0 so I'm not 100% positive.
