I am experiencing a stall when highlighting / selecting text with the mouse. I have a 2.2GHz machine and Mozilla Mail never used to stall when I was using 1.6 on Mandrake Distro I think perhaps there is some GUI problem. I am using all default KDE setup in debian sarge install from January.
To replicate, I select any text in an email, or in a compose window. There is a stall for about 2 or 3 seconds, and then control is returned, but then I get a stall every 2 seconds if I am still selecting text. Typing text is fine.
