You can use the "shift" Modifier to get the 1% steps back.
(This was actually a switch. previously the shift modifier increased
the steps from 1% to 10%, now it's the opposite).

Hmm, making steps of 10 on a scala of 15 sounds like a bug. For me it's
actually steps of 8 on a scala of 80. Will check that.
