Package: monodevelop
Version: 0.12+dfsg-1
Severity: important

Hello,
        I use environment variables to configure my perforce account, and
monodevelop seems to wipe/ignore these variables when I run tools.

        Here's an example configuration:

Tool:

Title: p4 edit
Command: /usr/local/bin/p4
Arguments: edit ${itemPath}
Working Directory: ${itemDir}

        I get the following result:

Access for user 'faraway' has not been enabled by 'p4 protect'.

Process '/usr/local/bin/p4' has exited with errorcode 1.

        However, if I run the following command in the same terminal that
monodevelop was started from, inside my project's directory, everything
works fine:

/usr/local/bin/p4 edit /home/farawIS/users/tmacdonald/rrdcheck/rrdcheck/Main.cs

        Please allow monodevelop to pass environment variables along so that
tools that depend on them can use them.

        Thanks,
                Tyler
