The document has last been updated 5 years ago. It doesn't even mention linux 2.6 and has links to nonexisting sites. No wonder it's no longer included upstream. Unfortunatly I don't have time to bring this document upto date. If you have time, I'm sure the upstream would appreacate updating the document.
