Hi I have now found out that the thing that you reported was actually two different issues: 1) GLib-CRITICAL **: file gmain.c: line 500 (g_source_remove): assertion `tag > 0' failed. 2) SIGSEGV.
The first (1) happen on my system as well, but it do not crash. The second is probably related to your graphics driver that do not have proper GL support. What graphics driver do you have?
