The 'dapper' distribution has no xen-friendly libc6 in its distribution (at this stage - backport requested!) so the fix is the same as Debian sarge - shift the /lib/tls out of the way. The 'edgy' distribution does have a xen-friendly libc6-xen, but it has to be installed - exactly like Debian etch. This is the new error message BTW from the 2.6.18 kernel.
