Yes, that would be the trouble for upgrading to an 2.6-etch kernel. I
think the current status - documenting "you have to upgrade away from
2.2 first" is correct, and should be upheld. Of course, that still
doesn't give us an answer what we should recommend for the
2.4/2.6-cases.
