It could be a good idea, I'll think about it.

Linking instead of copying is something I thought about for other stuff
already. But, I never actually tried to implement it because there are
some filesystems (or FTP servers where you upload your pages) that don't
support hard or soft links. It's probably not that hard to do anyway.

Right, that's why there is an option to specify the URL of the CSS file
instead of copying it in all galleries.

--sy=0 should disable links. But I see "slide_width_max=0" in your
config, I think it should be slide_height_max=0.

Good idea, I already put the command-line option near the configuration
line option, the reverse should be done too. I will do that and release
0.13.8.1 so that your other BR is closed soon too.
