(Same with /usr/bin/mktexlsr). I remember that there was a discussion on the Debain TeX mailing list about postrm. It could be a problem similar to one described in bug#392359. Tonight, at home, I'll rebuild the cjk package without mktexlsr in postrm but with dh_installtex without comments in debian/rules.
