Hi, I decided to use BRT/BRST nomenclature for Brazilian timezones. CAIS [1] had adopted the nomenclature BRST/BRDT from 2004/2005, but changed back to BRT/BRST in 2005/2006 and 2006/2007.
There is an explanation in [2]. This file will be uploaded with tz-brasil 0.7 in the next days.
