Hello, I have found that konserve chokes if the backup URL is an existant directory. Also, backups in a file does not work, generating a always a 2 bytes file. It claims during the wizard creation that it is capable of doing backups in directories, thus creating a file for each snapshot/backup (whatever) (as opposed to overwriting the file, is the backup URL is a file). The error is saying that it failed because the backup URL exists.
