If I try to scan two pages with 75dpi, I get an IO error: $ scanimage --resolution 75 --format pnm --progress --batch Scanning -1 pages, incrementing by 1, numbering from 1 Scanning page 1 Scanned page 1. (scanner status = 5) Scanning page 2 scanimage: sane_read: Error during device I/O Scanned page 2. (scanner status = 9)

I am compiling an hplip version with HPAIO_DEBUG set, maybe that will show something. -- .''`. martin f. krafft <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> : :' : proud Debian developer, author, administrator, and user `. `'` http://people.debian.org/~madduck - http://debiansystem.info `- Debian - when you have better things to do than fixing systems
