I use apt-build to compile and intall the package. I've noticed that I have the package qt3-dev-tools installed. I've tried to install qt4-dev-tools (both at the same time). Then I've finally removed qt3-dev-tools. After that, the package can be successfully compiled. So, don't you think that the source package should require qt4-dev-tools be installed and qt3-dev-tools be removed?
