Package: exim4-config Version: 4.63-10 Severity: minor The exim4_files(5) manpage states that the recommended file mode for /etc/exim/passwd and /etc/exim/passwd.client is 750. I don't see why they should be executable. (README.Debian.gz suggests a more reasonable 640 for /etc/exim/passwd.client.)
