This is a known issue. It's a non-trivial exercise to make Gtk2Hs 0.9.10 (and this includes cairo, glib et cetera) build under GHC 6.6, so I'm waiting for the upstream to release 0.9.11. (Some time soon, I've been assured.) In the meantime (hopefully not for too long, mind you) I can only recommend compiling Gtk2Hs from their darcs repository...
