Package: gtoaster Version: 0.2002083100+1.0Beta6-2.2 Severity: normal The cdrecord package was turned into a dummy package some time ago when cdrecord was forked to make wodim. If the dependency on cdrecord is kept, it might mean having to keep the transitional package around for an extra release. It's also keeping a silly dummy package on my system unnecessarily.
Please either change the dependency from cdrecord to wodim, or add an alternative, with wodim coming first. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17.11+phil1 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages gtoaster depends on: ii cdda2wav 5:1.0~pre4-1.1 Creates WAV files from audio CDs ii cdrdao 1:1.2.2-2 records CDs in Disk-At-Once (DAO) ii cdrecord 5:1.0~pre4-1.1 Dummy package for transition to wo ii gdk-imlib11 1.9.14-31 imaging library for use with gtk ii libart2 1.4.2-34 The GNOME canvas widget - runtime ii libaudiofile0 0.2.6-6 Open-source version of SGI's audio ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-8 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libdb3 3.2.9+dfsg-0.1 Berkeley v3 Database Libraries [ru ii libesd-alsa0 [libesd0] 0.2.36-3 Enlightened Sound Daemon (ALSA) - ii libglib1.2 1.2.10-14 The GLib library of C routines ii libgnome32 1.4.2-34 The GNOME libraries ii libgnomesupport0 1.4.2-34 The GNOME libraries (Support libra ii libgnomeui32 1.4.2-34 The GNOME libraries (User Interfac ii libgtk1.2 1.2.10-18 The GIMP Toolkit set of widgets fo ii libice6 1:1.0.1-2 X11 Inter-Client Exchange library ii liborbit0 0.5.17-11.1 Libraries for ORBit - a CORBA ORB ii libsm6 1:1.0.1-3 X11 Session Management library ii libx11-6 2:1.0.3-2 X11 client-side library ii libxext6 1:1.0.1-2 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxi6 1:1.0.1-3 X11 Input extension library ii mkisofs 5:1.0~pre4-1.1 Creates ISO-9660 CD-ROM filesystem ii sox 12.17.9-1 A universal sound sample translato gtoaster recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
