Package: iptables Version: 1.3.5.0debian1-1 Severity: normal Using the --comment option results in an error, e.g.:
iptables -A INPUT -s 1.2.3.4 -j ACCEPT -m comment --comment "test" iptables: Unknown error 4294967295 At first I thought I must be making a mistake in the syntax, but the above example works as expected on my (ubuntu) laptop, and the comment is visible in the iptables -L output.
