Hi,

whenever I try to send a signed bug report, after saying "You need a
passphrase ..." and selecting the key, I get a message saying

can't connect to `~/.gnome2/seahorse-porouc/S.gpg-agent': Connection
refused
gpg: Connection to '~/.gnome2/seahorse-porouc/S.gpg-agent' could not be
established: connect failed

After providing my passphrase, the report is then signed and sent. What
does this message mean? And if there is no obvious problem, why does
this message appear?

Looks like at some point you used Seahorse (a Gnome interface to
GnuPG), probably for passphrase caching, and there are still bits
referring to it in your .gnupg/gpg.conf or .gnupg/options file. In
any event, this isn't a problem in reportbug.
