it seems this bug has already been solved partially: I have read some recent changelog entries from you that were much more nicely worded IMHO. Many thanks for that! As for problem described in this particular case, I'd still like to see something in NEWS.Debian or so, and an explanation why the registry is not integrated in /usr/bin/ucf.
