When using DHCP to get IP address and DNS servers, the /etc/resolv.conf file
is updated each time dhclient (or any DHCP client) ask for a new address.
DNS servers are usually the sames, the file have the same content, but time
is changed and fcheck report and mail an error.

fcheck need an option to ignore a particular test (date, size, CRC, owner...
all) on a particular file.
