Hello,

I've found this bug today while I was running the unittests of the
company internal system. When I discovered some tests failing I
started to research and found that it wasn't our code that was buggy
but the rails code.

After more research I discovered that this bug is already know from
upstream[1] but I'm reporting it here to make everyone know about it.

This problem doesn't happen if you're running sqlite 3.3.7. It
appeared with 3.3.8 upgrade but it doesn't look to be on sqlite code
but on db:test:prepare target of Rakefile.

As you can noticed on the bug, it runs fine on production and console
but fails on test mode.

Please, try to solve it before full freeze...
