Hi, I do not want to start a flamewar or anything, but I want to second that the possibility to include videos in Impress presentations can indeed be very important. The lack of this feature has prevented me from using Impress in my work earlier (I am doing research on animal movement control and being able to show videos of real and simulated animals is essential).
I was very glad to find that the new gstreamer technique seems to work much better than previous efforts. I still lack the ability to start the video by clicking on it, rather than when the slide appears, but I imagine that this will eventually come. Thanks for the good work on supporting openoffice.org in Debian. /Örjan
