Is there any reason not ask on -release for them to be pushed into testing?

I was personally waiting for an up-to-date Etch box with an NVIDIA card 
to test them myself, knowing how hard it is to get n-g-d removed once 
it's in, but I don't think I'll get such a box soon.
Anyway, anyone should feel free to ask for a hint.
