Yes, please. raidtools2 is already dropped from testing, which makes heartbeat currently RC buggy (it isn't buildeable in sarge), and soon will not be buildeable again at all. Raidtools2 is also critically buggy, you should use mdadm instead. In other news, I confirmed with the d-i people that raidtools2-udeb is also safe to be removed, it's currently illegally in testing.
