OK, attached is what I have done so far. It builds, even on i386, but I didn't have the time to test yet. If anyone wants just the binaries, they are available from http://www.jorrit.de/debian/pool/main/a/arcboot/ . There is one thing I'm not sure about: I put a stanza for tip22-cross into debian/control directly. This makes dpkg-buildpackage warn that not all packages in debian/control have been build.
