Package: installation-reports INSTALL REPORT
Debian-installer-version: Thur 17 Mar, ftp.no.debian.org uname -a: Linux hunnicut 2.4.18-386 #2 Sun Apr 14 10:38:08 EST 2002 i586 unknown Date: Fri 18 Mar, 17:00-ish CET Method: Grabbed netboot.tar.gz, created etherboot-image and -floppy with serial console. Etherboot, TFTP and DHCP. Installed Woody from ftp.no.debian.org Machine: Installation was carried out on my desktop (AMD Athlon XP 1800+, 256MB RAM), after the initial try on a Intel Pentium 100MHz, 32MB RAM failed due to lack of memory. Putting the disk back into the Pentium-machine worked nicely. Using the d-i-netboot from Sid worked better, and I didn't have to compile a new kernel for it, again. ;-)
