If we don't set volume.ignore=true for local devices, each partition
will be mountable by everyone who gets access to HAL (everyone in group

It's not an g-v-m issue, as I already wrote earlier. It's a gnome-vfs
issue. Did you notice that the g-v-m and hal maintainer is the same person?
