I can't fully reconstruct the upgrade on my unstable system but it seems that at a certain point I had an old ntp-simple package with the user removal code in the postrm and the new ntp package installed (or maybe I removed it together with upgrading ntp when I saw the "transition package" description). > So, I'm going to close this bug again, since I believe it's fixed in > the lastest version of the package.
