Package: apache2.2
Version: 2.2.3
Severity: important

Some days ago, I upgraded to Apache2.2. When running, it appears that
after some hours, the machine's load is around 12 or 15 with five
Apache processes using 19.7% o CPU.

I don't know why this happens, but I definitely can say that it's not
caused by a malfunctioning PHP script or so since I use CGI for this,
and it's not a php-cgi process, but an Apache one.

Apache still works in this case, but it makes the whole machine very
slow (that's why I chose "important").

If you need more information, let me know how to gather it. Thanks.
